Tai Chi is known to have many health benefits and can be practiced at any age and by people of all abilities. Tai Chi builds muscle strength in the upper and lower body and also the core muscles in the back and abdomen. Tai Chi helps to train the senses and improves balance.

Initially set up for those who suffer with MS we now teach people with a whole host of health problems and have seen some great improvements.
