Our Holistic training programmes work on many different levels. By working on the mind and body together you will become stronger, flexible and improve your overall health and well-being. And to enhance this you will also experience a wonderful sense of feeling calm and rejuvenated. We help you to understand your body better so that you can achieve your goals and live a healthy life.

1/1 Training programme

During your first visit to us we offer you a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your requirements, expectations, goals and any concerns you may have. During your first session we will assess you fitness and capabilities and then we will create a programme for you that will deliver the results you require. In order for us to help you to achieve your goals we recommend that you should subscribe to an initial course of ten weeks.
