Modern Wushu and Acrobatics
In China all Kung Fu is known as Wushu. However there is Traditional Wushu (Shaolin Kung Fu) and Modern Wushu which is more fluid and artistic. Contained within the modern Wushu forms there are lots of jumps and spins, combined with speed and precision. This class offers you the opportunity to learn this dynamic style and acrobatics.
