Meditation and Qi Gong

Is a holistic approach to wellbeing combining the stillness and posture in meditation, combined with the controlled movements and deep breathing techniques of the Ba Duan Jing (Eight silk brocade) Qi Gong. The main purpose of these sessions are to improve health and cultivate and balance Qi (pronounced Chi – translated as ‘life energy’). Whilst meditation calms the mind and helps the body to relax, the Qi Gong helps to build internal strength and works on improving the health of your internal organs.
